The heart team is a patient-centric care model that assembles a multidisciplinary group of cardiac specialists to collectively assess and analyze a patient’s case, collaborating to formulate comprehensive recommendations for the most effective and tailored treatment strategy.

Heart Team Discount Eligibility Criteria
- Designate a contact who will register all qualifying Heart Team members.
- Log-in to the Registration system and select Heart Team Registration.
- Select the number of participants for each category.
Upload documents verifying each participant’s affiliation with the hospital or institution. - The organizing committee will review your documents and send an email confirmation with payment instructions once the verification is complete.
- Once payment is confirmed, log in to your Registration Portal to access the vouchers for each individual participant.
- The group contact will be responsible for providing these vouchers to the correct members of the heart team.
- Vouchers must be applied by individuals at the time of registration and cannot be applied after a registration is complete.
- Please note that industry professionals are not eligible for this offer.
